JANIKA VAIKJÄRV

Janika has graduated Business Administration in Tallinn University of Technology. 

Her past job experiences include. Chief Accountant and Internal Auditor in Estonian Air and Baltika AS. She was the founder and CEO of J.V ja Partnerid OÜ (accounting company) for 15 years. 

In her free time, Janika is a keen hiker and writer. She has climbed the highest mountain in Africa, the Kilimandjaro (5,895 m), eight times, and has written several books.
